Forgive my ignorance.. what is the cyclus?

my tinnitus is basically a cyclus, for 2 weeks long my tinnitus will be 1/10 and after that period it’ll get super loud for 2 weeks as well. It has been going on like this since October. but for the first time my soft period lasted for a month (4 weeks, as you may see I haven’t posted much from march 11 till april 11) so I really thought the cyclus disappeared

I used to have normal T, but somewhere in october it has changed into something reactive but with this change my T has also been softer ever since :0

Specifically, I have been having days where my T would be 1/10 for 15 days and afterwards it would (suddenly) increase to 8/10 for two weeks as well. It has been going on like this since October..

Which kind of drives my crazy, because I’m scared that my T will get stuck on being loud (since it’s so fluctuating)

Make homemade ginger and tumeric tea and add some pepper to activate it. It helps with ear pain and inflammation. Also Tylenol.
