What technique did you use to make tinnitus disappear? Is there a doctor you talked to or a document with a strategy you followed?

I have heard of many people for whom that has happened. I know one person who had T for 4 months after an acoustic trauma and it resolved. I think ChrisJ is right in that people for whom it resolves rarely cone back to write about it. So very happy for you that it resolved. Enjoy that silence.

I have yet to read a story of tinnitus disappearing. Has anyone had this experience. I has happened to me recently.

This is because people rarely come back to the internet to report positive outcomes, instead just moving on with their lives. I have had lots of ear noises come and go including clicking and popping of the ear drum. I have had several friends tell me they had tinnitus once and it just went away. In fact one of them said he hadn't even thought about it since, it was like an ulcer, it just went away before he knew it.

Yes, it happened to me. Read my post in success stories. I'm so glad to see another one vanish!

I've had it for 11 years and now through exercise and mindful meditation it has gone, however I don't know how to handle the quiet.

I would be doing backflips, if I lost my T!
I would sit in quiet places and relish the experience. Enjoy it, Please!
