Apple Cider Vinegar - Apple Cider Vinegar has been known for years to be one of the best natural remedies on the planet! Your grandmother knew what she was talking about when she suggested it to you! It has been known to cure some of the most persistent ailments known to man such as: high cholesterol, arthritis, gout, sore throat, even the flu! It is also a great natural cure for tinnitus! The great thing about it is that it can be found in your local grocery store! You can't just drink apple cider vinegar, you have to dilute it or you will have great difficulty swallowing it!
