- Idiopathic + Sudden hearing loss
I was cutting metal for 60 seconds. Very high pitched and loud sound and I wasn't wearing protection. The next morning I got high pitched T in my left ear. A few days later I got an audiogram which showed binaural high frequency hearing loss not caused by the metal cutting. A month later I got another Audiogram and it showed significant low frequency hearing loss in the left ear. The hearing loss now fluctuates slightly over the months. It got better, than worse, now its mostly worse but better at some frequences. I have never had a diagnosis. I have T and hearing loss in the left ear but no dizziness. If you have questions about similar experience you may have had feel free to ask me.Interact
