Just, sort of an ordinary woman living on the Pacific NW Coast of the U.S. I love walks, hikes, cooking, reading, music, dancing, short, day-trips mostly, astronomy (star-gazing). I like meeting people, but love my privacy. I lived alone for the last, 20 years (divorced).

I love the outdoors, and try to at least get a walk in a few times a week. I kayaked some until I sprung a leak in my kayak. So much for that until I get a new one, or new-to-me:)

I'm 66 (december, 2018) and it's a "different world" I'm trying to adapt to. I still feel like I'm 20 on the inside;) I get lonely, but sometimes think my "romantic" chances are slimmer every day. But I accept things like that, and especially when I see "I can do this" :) alone, or with somebody.

God is my ultimate strength, although I don't consider myself a pushy religious person, I just talk to Him as if He is actually listening. It's comforting to believe there is a God, but I doubt often. I believe we will all find out soon enough, the truth I mean, when we leave this life.

I have a sense of humor that gets me through some difficult times, but I try not to use it to cover my feelings when I feel it's best to be honest to someone about the pain in my life. We all have it in one shape or another.

I've rambled on here, but I so hope to really make some friends, maybe even help another person with T, Denise

PS Young Frankenstein has always been one of the best movies for me, and I got my username, Abbynormal, from that movie. Gene Wilder is in it if you want to look it up and maybe watch it.
