What life? It's 100% gone.

So high-pitched?

Not really. More like low pitched. It sounds weird, though. Not a whistle anymore, more like something being cut by a lawn mower. I hear the noises in my head when it's really quiet. Close your ears. Don't you hear high pitched sounds? That's what it sounds like but only low pitched. My right ear is making slight noises now. I think it will go away.

I hear 3 different sounds. High pitched, whistle, and hissing.
