      Hi Renka - I am replicating the same microwick protocol you did a few years ago based on your posts. Just had the microwick put in a couple days ago. What concentration of dexamethasone solution did you use? Was it either 24mg/mL or 10mg/mL dexamethasone sodium phosphate solution? Or was it a pure dexamethasone suspension?

        @MaxRabbit I appreciate it. No change yet. Convinced my ENT to put it in for me to try to replicate Renka's experience - procedure is same as putting in a normal tympanostomy tube. Currently using 10mg/mL dexamethasone sodium phosphate solution but worried the concentration is not high enough.

        Also there is a paper that shows dexamethasone sodium phosphate solution is far less permeable through the round window than pure dexamethasone suspension... hence worried I have the wrong type.
