Hey Zigs did your reactive T improve? Mine just started after anxiety, basically a sound increases over fans.
Hi Zigs. I've seen a couple of your posts on others people's wall about driving with T. I drive all over the country and out the country with T. I always wear earplugs when I drive. If I don't wear them, then my T spikes. But if I wear them, then I'm usually okay. Hope that helps :)
Thank you! Unfortunately I have been wearing ear plugs and also tried wearing muffs on top :( it seems to be the vibrations that set it off. I’m really worried about what to do as I have to drive to my new job but i don’t want to make T any worse than it already is
