      Hey bro how is your journey coming along? I read a few of your posts and I was wondering how the hyperacusis is going.
      Also, I have been smoking weed to help take the edge off and it never spiked my tinnitus. It can spike my attention to it but I just remind myself of what is happening there.

        It's going good! The body and brain really have an amazing( but scary) way of retraining itself.
        Hyperacusis I only really notice with dishes and I am careful of bikes.

        We've been given this altered state of reality yet we still wanna alter it more with the weed.
