Hey there I’m back and curious how effective Etifoxine was on anxiety for you? Trying this next after the Grandaxin.
I had insomnia on Etifoxine and it didn't work as good as valerian root, or grandaxin Actually I have two thing in my mind that did really work on anxiety: it's ashwagandha KSM-66 600mg (1-2 tabs), and Phosphatedylserine (100-200mg)
Also magnesium l-threonate involves brain plasticity which is similar to antidepressant way of work so you can ReLearn better (it's very slow but every day is better than previous) And the last and maybe one of the strongest "kinda natural and safe" things is lithium orotate...
That's really fascinating result. I'm glad it's been helpful so much! Please share this as more people might benefit from it too without getting addicted / harmed by typical benzo. I might try this again, but currently I'm managing anxiety using magnesium l-threonate and a 2.5mg of bisoprolol. No adverse effects but not as effective as this drug.
Hey @peter91 so hopefully I’m not eating my words because it’s still working for T volume but today was the first day my dose didn’t work for my anxiety. Did u do any kind of taper after ur 2 weeks? Hoping the chance of dependence was next to nothing after 3 weeks and 2x daily.
No, I quit colt turkey without any kind of discomfort. I'm feeling sad it stopped working for your anxiety but I think you could've upped your dosage. It's better then upping benzo dosage anyway
