Bed, quiet, T began sounding like PacMan, then my HR went skyhigh, then I hear "ahh" pulsating fast bilaterally and vision flashing white.

Quercetin seems to be making pulsatile T worse. Lower hearing scores on my tests. And perhaps worse distortion. I now have a ribbit ribbit..

Mirtazapine and Diuretics might actually help the distortions. But holy cow batman exhaustion. Bromelain and Quercetin next!

Lasix appears to have done very little. My "good" ear also now growls as it does in the morning....clue?

Trying Lasix again being desperate,...Split second low tones each second to live with isn't living.

Wishing so badly I could escape into music without hearing distortions. Getting more suicidal by the week.

Benzos/Kava still eliminates a good 50% of the distortion. It's nice to be able to speak without hearing shit in my voice.

T gets better on exercise. Worse for no reason. A Vacuum in the ear canal makes it go Wah WAaaah.ENTs should try to fix that shouldn't they?

Been trying Ginko again with carnitine. Getting new noises, other ones have diminished greatly.

I worked out, and took a zopiclone, was heavenly. Then had low doppler zzaaaAAP!! sounds from both ears randomly at 3am. Real god damn fun.

So the only thing I did differently was worked out intensely, hours later get a new tone in my ear, loud. Ear went deaf for 5 seconds and E!

Just got a brand new mid loud as hell tone in my mostly silent ear. FML.

Ah well was good while it lasted for 5 minutes. Feels worse than ever now.
