Hi, fellow gamer here. High chance you start feeling better. My parents have had tinnitus 20 years. They were 40 at the time , now they are in their 60's, according to them, their severe tinnitus did become tolerable. Try to avoid headphones, i know it sucks but it really helped me as i stopped using them. Maybe get monitors. I have been able to use with very low volume without feedback
