    Hello I'm new to the community and just wanted to know if hydroxyzine makes tinnitus worse?

    Welcome @Erick Hernandez! I'm no doctor, but I've taken hydroxyzine for anxiety and sleep during tinnitus. Taking it for 1-2 days in a row seems totally fine, but when I took it for 6+ days in a row, I coincidentally developed new tones and worse hyperacusis. I think hydroxyzine is generally very safe, but I advise to use caution and discontinue its use if you see changes in your tinnitus.
