Hi Falcon, I hope you don't mind my post. I developed hyperacusis, tinnitus, tmj, stiff neck (scm & trapezius) region after a period of chronic anxiety. No specific acoustic trauma. No underlying conditions. I noticed a couple of months before H that my neck / shoulder was getting stiff, followed by dizziness and then finally the ordeal commenced. Is it worth checking out the C1/C2 alignment? Is there any hope
