I'm married with 3 children and an Early Childhood Teacher. I have had Tinnitus for quite a number of years but not normally at a level that worries me too much. I have however had a couple of episodes of blocked ears and possible infections related to colds. At these times the tinnitus got worse but thankfully reduced to my normal managable level. This time however it's not the case. I am on antibiotics for a possible ear infection. The pain has gone but the constant ringing is not abating and is slowly driving me crazy. I am prone to anxiety having suffered a very debilitating bout 20 years ago and am worried that this is going to tip me over the edge again. I can already feel the symptons coming on. I need advice on how to start managing this.
