    I enjoy reading (fiction), movies, documentaries, sports, staying healthy, outdoors.

    I am single mostly self imposed do to tinnitus, depression & anxiety. Recently I am trying to be more outgoing & social. I have joined a health club & am in a morning fitness class, swimming & then a very relaxing sauna which is my carrot for the previous activities. :)
