    Cause of Tinnitus:
    maybe neck injury - maybe from BPPV
    I developed tinnitus about 3 years after I developed BPPV, which is an inner ear imbalance causing vertigo.
    I noticed that when my neck is out of whack, it is worse. It gets better after a good neck massage or chiropractic adjustment.
