Hi Andrew congrats you have an impressive story being so young and figuring this out. Was ur T only Pulsatile or also Tonal/Hissing/static in sound?

PT and NUCCA were what helped in the physical side while supplements to treat deficiencies/fasting were what helped my body.

What type of PT? I started NUCCA today but he said no PT and also the adjustment he verly touch my neck, how he can adjust but almost no touching? How long it took for you to notice a change?

I'm so happy you are doing so well, I hope at the end you cure yourself totally.

PRI. I did NUCCA exclusively for a month, it stopped the worsening of my symptoms (hyperacusis, pulsatile T). I felt comfortable doing PT after I was doing better, PT got rid of my T 100%, 99% of the time.

I personally had tight hamstrings- just one session of "foundation training" on YT got rid of the remaining T. Feel free to PM me for my email as I wont be checking the forum regularly. Cheers

The only thing that's worsening atm is my TMJ- Which can also worsen my T. I cant go to the dentist due to the xmas season, however. Wild.

To recap my treatment program, it's NUCCA chiro, vitamin supplements, low histamine food diet for the COVID vaccine side effects, Foundation Yoga Training, and lots of water + anti-inflammatory foods. I'll be pursuing PRI and Sports Rehab PT next year to prevent this from happening again. "You are the placebo" is a great book about rewiring the nervous system.

Update to me on this. I will just observe atm and get a MRA/MRI if it worsens and/or pulsatile tinnitus comes back. Will try and sleep it off.

Reading about supplements, I realize it may be a major to my T. Prior to T onset, I've had bouts of bad leg cramps.
      1. andrewsomatict
        andrewsomatict
To continue this, these leg cramps got to the point where my coach had my BP checked for hypertension, they had me eat more potassium and when I did, it helped but most of the time I didn't get enough. Now, these deficiencies have made me realize they may play a role in the hopeful resolution of my T and TMJ problems.

Lol am on break but I'll make an exception. I've had 5 sessions so far and they've helped a ton. No more TMJ tension (most of the time, but still have an overbite), SOB has improved, brain fog gone, Tinnitus only at night and when stressed, and posture is better. It may have been the lifestyle changes as well who knows.

Pfizer 2nd dose has worsened my uneven jaw bite. I don't regret getting the shot however as any COVID ill effects would be worse.

Difficulty breathing, difficulty swallowing is back with a vengeance. My heartbeat is irregular and BP is high. Talked to my docs and chiro and they said they've seen more patients who've gotten neuro problems from PfizerModerna shot. Worried about it getting worse. I sound like a lunatic and hypochondriac lmao. Wouldnt wish this shit on anyone.

Hey @andrewsomatict ! I completely understand how you feel, it sucks when you do the 'right' thing then get 'punished' for it. I had a horrible reaction from the second Pfizer vax which took me back into chronic pain/migraine after almost three months of feeling great. I hope that time will heal us both! **hugs**

@LilSass Thank you for your kind words, I have to admit that T is the least of my worries atm, I don't actually really hear it anymore unless it's at night. It's my jaw that is killing me and the fact that my bite is all changed now irritates me since I've been religious about taking care of my oral health. Here's to hoping we both get better.

Take advantage of your luck to have a somatic tinnitus that will resolve itself :)
And learn here on the forum the mistakes you can't make to come back here with another cause of T.

Had my T spike after slouching lol, a heat pack to both sides of my TMJ brought it back to baseline- confirms my thoughts on the cause.

Yep! Was using my phone with the head all bent. I suggest checking out the "Postural Rehabilitation Institute" for their thoughts on posture correction, even if T isn't solely from posture problems, it may be a factor.
