      Hang in there. I'm dealing with a 4 week spike since being exposed to crazy amount of pollen. Its felt like a buzz saw. Listen to your ENT if you have ETD/inflammation. That's enough to give you hope it will resolve again. I had no exposure to loud noises, and I think we're probably in the same boat. I know how hard this kind of spike is and how little sleep it can cause! Wish you luck and patience.

        Thanks so much for your message. I’m sorry to hear you’re dealing with a spike, as well. It can be so frustrating sometimes, not knowing what it is that’s affected it. Luckily mine seems to be going back down a bit, so I’m hoping it won’t be long now before fully returning to baseline. Hopefully it won’t be long for you either! Sending peace and well wishes to you.
