My brother-in-law has fairly bad tinnitus and smoking weed does nothing to him. I stopped smoking because my lungs are buggered, so haven’t had a smoke since getting tinnitus.

after I first got T i couldn't smoke for a year because of crazy electrical tones I got. Then I started smoking again after that time period and it still spiked it but not as bad. Up until 2021 it barely spiked it at all, and if it did it would go down in a couple of hours. Strain matters alot.

Have you tried Delta 8? I used to love getting stoned on some quality stuff and losing myself in some great tunes, but haven’t dared to even touch it since onset… feel like it’d send me into a panic attack. Delta 8 gives a nice half-buzz without any anxiety or spiking though.

No I haven't tried it, I'm generally skeptical of stuff that isn't just marijuana pureform but Delta-8 is possibly interesting.

Yeah it's great. My only complaint is raised resting heart rate but nothing crazy. I was living in the mid 50 bpms and now in the low 60s, nothing crazy. Blood pressure still good.

My resting heart rate is 95

Haha for real. I’m going through the same crap although it’s just spiking all over the place. Hour to hour sometimes even minutes
