    Was topside when ship fired 5"54 gunmount. I passed out. Have had severe tinnitus since

    Spent 2 years in the early 2000's using hearingaids with a white noise feature. All that did was to put me on the edge of rage. Had to up my drugs, nolonger trying white noise.

    Sleep studies show without meds I get zero rem sleep.

    Recently started night roaming (unconscious), a side effect of Ambien. Trying another sleeping pill, Lunesta, no help yet. The sleeping pills are my only escape from this torment.
