i did not go to football tonite. need to take a break from noise. I miss not worrying about t and noise but just our guys vs their guys.

I feel like even if I was cured tomorrow, I would still be traumatized for life.

I feel bad about this, but I sometimes wish everyone around me would get T. There would be a cure by September.

Home after 2 loud flights today. The Bose quiet companion noise cancelling headphones seem to help.

anxiety is a big factor and i think if you can relax in any way it will always help you.

T has pretty good lately. Why? i think because i have immersed myself in quiet relaxing activities such as running, golf, basketball.

Friends are disappointed, but i am the one who has to deal with the consequences of a potential worsening.

I think I am skipping the final day because there is too much anxiety and don't want to cause problems for myself.

went to a music festival this weekend with hearing protection everywhere. I've been mostly ok but ears are bugging me today.

I honestly don’t understand how everyone doesn’t have tinnitus after spending 2 nights on Broadway in Nashville.

This week my left ear was hurting so much that my eye hurt too. Today barely any pain. Weird. I hope this spike is going down.

When does this end?

Going through a pretty bad spike right now. Increased baseline and T is reacting to my own voice.

99% of us can go to a rave every weekend and put our ear on the speaker and we will never ever find out what T is. It flabbergasts me.

2 years from now Susan Shore will have come through and you'll be sitting on the beach not noticing your T at all.

If Shore's device works and can cut my T by even 40- 50% that would be huge. T almost buried me. 6 years of this disaster - but I will win.

I believe there is hope. My wearable noise generators have helped immensely - i believe that is what helped H get better.

I have spikes occasionally which have always come back to baseline. Lately I have had a bad spike but believe it is subsiding.

my Hypercusis which was once a massive problem is not often an issue. My T is still a daily battle, but I am winning most of the time.

I have improved my golf game, I am shooting in the 70s. I have taken up cooking as a hobby. I run every day. I am out and about daily.

I have gone to MLB games, football games, hockey games, multiple concerts both indoor and outdoor. All with hearing protection of course.

I have gone on vacation to mexico twice, california twice, I have worked out in the gym and lost 90 lbs and gotten fit.
