        Hey there. When I first got T I was only 20 going on 21 too. I'm 22 now and little over a year with this thing with one bad increase but I can tell you that with time ( a lot of time. sometimes so much it seems like forever ) things will get better. the tricky part is sticking around for that day you can say you're okay-ish. and im just a PM away if you want to talk.
