I am not so good in english but i will try to write it down. I can stand my tinitus anny more. It all began about two years aggo.

I was at an air show and i realy enjoyd it. I was standing at an engin of a F-15 and it was louwd. I was wearing those ear protecting things that they gave me at the inkom, but it was not so effective against louwd noises.

When i came home i had buzz sounds in my ear and didnt think about it. It will be over soon i said to myself. A week later i still had it.
The noise was ok when i didnt focust on it, but at nighttime i was screwd.

I still have it to this day i have read alot of stories and so called cures but none of then worked on me.

This is not the holle story. I will writing because you maby read enouf.
