    Its starting to stabilize or something, today its not that loud like Monday or yesterday, it is very similiar to T that was on Sunday. I also hear different tones all the time, they change quite a lot every morning. Thoughts? Am I improving?

    Yup, I am going to do Audiometry all the way up to high freqs, DPOAE, Speech in Noise, Word Recognition, etc.

  Today my T is tolerable 6/10, I noticed that not many eye floaters, yesterday it was 8/10 and floaters were everywhere, they come out 2 play

  I accepted the fact that my Tinnitus will not fade beyond the 7-8/10 level. I hope the treatments will cure it our at least reduce it.

  Couldn't Sleep last night. So loud and intrusive. Hyperacusis wont let me talk, every word brings misery and pain. I can hear T over voices.

    You should really consider them. Just don't do SSRIs. Stress and lack of sleep and anxiety, depression all make T and H worse.
