      It's hard for me to wear ear plugs and headphones because it makes the noise in my head so much worse.

      Are you still having the head tinnitus? I just got on tinnitus talk under Sharon and put why I was up here. I have Tinnitus in my head also. Buzzing-static nonstop 24/7. I have profound hearing loss in right ear and mold in left. Been trying to find someone with tinnitus like I have.

        Hi @SharonBell I have normal to mild (25db) loss in left ear. Right ear is 75db @ 4000hz 90db @6000hz and nothing at 8000hz. What's yours like?
