Beginning the journey to 'silence' the buzzing, singing, ringing - should have looked long ago, but it just became one more thing to endure . Decided I wanted to 'hear' some quiet, so any level of relief will be met with thankfulness.

The beginning date mentioned is a guesstimate - seems I've had this most of my life, but it has become most disconcerting in recent years. Looking forward to 'reading all about it' - hoping for some clues and ideas to reduce the effect of my variety of sound.
