I developed T in my left ear in 2011 for no known reason. It is constant and a very loud high pitched tone. It almost never lets up and if it does, it changes pitch just a little. It then started in my right ear in the fall of 2015 but is not constant there yet. I am terrified that it will be as bad as the other ear and that it will make me crazy. I have Adrenal Fatigue which is known to be one cause. Possibly too much Tylenol??Interact
