      It's at night I hear it more, it's louder because the world around me is quieter. The change in pitch is something I can't get, I can feel it happening before it does, but I'm so used to it I just accept it like breathing and the hiccups it happens and to me it's normal. It's just nice to not be alone x

      Hello, nice to know I'm not alone, I've always had the ringing and just thought it was normal. Now I know it isn't I can hear it more but I try to not let it bother me, it's a night when it's hard to deal with.
