Had two sets back this week. Did not think that dropping your shoes in the hallway woud have any effect. Normal human actions, right? lol.

  I am on alert at all times when at home, always ready with the ear muffs. It's not sustainable to live like that I think. I hope to one day move to a quiet place where I can feel more relaxed.

  Did it help you at all? I’ve tried all types of magnesium and it actually makes my sound sensitivity way worse.
