Hey labyrinthine, are you still on Liam's method?

Nope. My tinnitus doesn't really bother met nowadays unlike the severe hyperacusis I'm suffering from at the moment. I do, however, still do a lot of things he suggested such as fasting, cold showers, low carb diet (not keto though), etc.

Hi Labyrinthine, I just read your post about Liam Boehm. You said you started doing some of his suggestions. Wondering if it is working. Also, how often and for how long do you fast?

It definitely was a positive contribution to my life. In my post I mentioned that it could be due the radical lifestyle change, but it's worth a try. I used to fast for about 24 hours, but I found this to difficult to mix with everyday life. Nowadays I do intermittent fasting (usually 6pm-12am as often ass possible) as it's easier to combine with my daily routine.

Hey man, I just came across your post on Hyperacusis, as I’m experiencing the same thing. May I ask how you’re doing now? I hope symptoms have lessened for you? Also, thanks for your lengthy post on diets, will look into it to see if it can reduce my T :).

Hey Bob!

As for now, I'm looking forward to the mutebutton device (neuromodulation) that's supposed to be released somewhere this year. Definitely some promising results there! Check it out if you haven't yet :)
