    Cause of Tinnitus:
    unknown, did have lots of loud music and other exposure.
    I've had T for years, but lately its gotten louder. I can ignore it especially by being busy. Dealt shitty cards, play thru the pain. I'm trying various things to address it now. Found some relief with head and neck massage (self-delivered so far.) Started white noise, CBD, massage, diarying, learning here.... I went to lots of rock concerts and clubs in the 70s and 80s, played in bands for 2-3 years, shot firearms, and used power tools (with ear plugs.) Had a very low T day a few days ago, and again tonight after a shower, almost no T... so Hope...
