About
I have had tinnitus since 1991 and while it was debilitating at first there is help in learning to adjust and move on with life. One of the best things you can do for yourself is not to see this as a hopeless situation and that you can't handle it. Negative thinking will only worsen your anxiety about the situation and cause you to feel depressed. Realize that millions of people deal with it and live productive lives. You have to learn to adjust yourself to the situation at hand and find out what works to lessen the severity of it by taking a positive approach to life. In about 18 months you will have adjusted to this situation. In the meantime you have to use masking devices and the nice recordings that are provided graciously by tinnitus talk. Thanks Guys those tracks are preciousInteract
