Developed tinnitus in 2011 due to what is assumed noise damage. Woulds say I suffered for tinnitus for about 3 years but have since then helped myself through various avenues habituate to the noise. I firmly believe that tinnitus suffering is all about framing and adjusting your perception. Took me a while and a lot of help to realize this then to apply it into my everyday life. But with a little persistence, focus and a lot of patience I can finally say I am no longer bothered by my tinnitus. I'm here to try and help those who are currently suffering. There is help and information out there, you've just got to wade through the BS and ultimately realize not everyone suffers from tinnitus, the majority don't. So why is this???? Once you figure that out you can join those who don't suffer.Interact
