    My tinnitus started five years ago after having been exposed to loud music in a concert. It came up very suddenly and never went out, despiste the different medical treatments precribed by several ENTs along 2 years.
    It really bothers me when I am alone in the silence, working or reading. My ENT told me that I should get used to live with it and the tinnitus it is always chronical when it stays more than 6 months to a year and it will never disapear.
    I try to put some music on but sometimes is really terrible and I don't know what to do. I think I have done everything I could, but I'm quite desperate
