I think that too. There’s only so many times you can abuse your ears, before it takes its toll. Unfortunately we don’t realise this until it’s too late. Doesn’t seem fair.

Mine does that a lot. Mine changes in pitch. It goes up and down and sometimes another sound appears. I have a high pitched ring. It use to be low. Not anymore lol. Sometimes I get two different pitches of rings and sometimes its a ring and a flute kinda thing going on.

Should not care if you had plugs, and probably even if you didn't have them. Also I'd be very very surpised if it got above 90 dB. It all depends on the kind of people though and the room.

@JurgenG it was a family gathering and my family is fairly loud, chatty and laughing loudly. I couldn't get by without my ear plugs because the sound level hurt my ears because of my H.

I cried for 7 straight months. Everyday. More than when I was a baby. Eventually I couldn't even muster up a tear if I tried. It takes people different lengths to feel better and also depending on their cause. I think you have a better chance at improving than I do since yours isn't from noise, but eventually I got to a better place, not a perfect place, but a better than I was place.

What would you like to know?? :) Mine is probably from listening too loud music trough headphones, it is VERY high pitched, about 15,000 hz. and I will compare the sound to an electric sound/a laser reading a dvd.....My dvd player makes a sound that is quite similar to my T actually :D

Yes, benzo's most definitely helped me in the beginning. I was a total mess and on the brink of committing suicide. THe benzo does not lower my T, but made me me more relaxed and indifferent to it.
