      I've had some tinnitus but mostly TMJ symptoms from clenching my jaw at night - serious neck tension and head pain. Have tried many things: chiro, massage, acupuncture, supplements, and a mouth guard. Saw that Cerezen was discontinued in the U.S.

      I saw your post about the Westone custom ear plugs. Can you tell me more about them? How are they working? Does it help with clenching/grinding?
