I've had pulsatile tinnutus (random) since 2023, and ringing tinnutus since Oct 2024. I also have hyperacusis and TTS. my causes are slightly unknown, but pretty positive the tinnitus is from a loud bar event I went to ONCE ( I had just turned 21). a few days later it began. the hyperacusis developed with it, though I had a slight sensitivity to sound before. no doctor helped me in time. I also had a concussion a few months before that, and was in the hospital in 2023 for bleeding out so I had to take a high dose of birth control and a depo shot which I took forever to recover from. I also was given some mystery shot when I had pink eye in sep 2023. I struggle everyday but I hope for a cure
