- Tinnitus Since:
- 40 years or more
- Cause of Tinnitus:
- reading a lot about brain waves so not sure
My husband and I were reading an excellent article about how T is not in your ears (even though we say we hear the sound) however in our brain waves and much more detail. They stated that tones or musical notes can be listened to over headphones and adjusted until they equal the tone we "hear" and over time it causes it to disappear or not be heard.
I go nuts when in a room with no sound and wondered if anyone has heard of or tried this method. I live near DC and am close to most major hospitals. Ready to offer my services to see if this works. I am tired of this high pitch almost all my life.Interact
