I have a question I hope someone can answer. But is there a safe way for people with tinnitus to go to the movie theaters?

Hearing Aid can block sounds that are too loud and adjust the sounds to a safe level.

I go every so often with foam earplugs for the action scenes. Only if the movie or play really sparks interest.

Hello I’m back again asking for some advice so Yk Fourth of July how can I protect my ears if I come across fireworks?

If you expect fireworks, go to the quietest place where you can spend that day. Stay indoors. Have foam earplugs and earmuffs.

I just watched a documentary on Amazon yesterday and how many of the returned items they get are sent directly to landfills, quite heartbreaking.

My tinnitus is in both ears cause by seroquel 100mg which I took for my mental health and I guess sleeping issues

Honestly, 800mg was killer! I was so out of it, I couldn’t drag myself out of bed. They thought I was bipolar - turns out, it was a hormone imbalance. *eye roll*. Anyway, if it helps, I got T from taking antibiotics. I wished I had listened to my body and stopped taking it when I started experiencing lots of fleeting T. BUT, we can’t live with regrets. It doesn’t help.

I think you have a good positive attitude towards all this, so you’ll be fine. Just protect your ears from now on, and try to keep doing the things you enjoy. X

At first it was but as much as it hurts I’ve been learning to accept that it will probably last for as long as a live currently I am just concerned about how not to make it louder and louder but even if it does I hope I can cope with it too
