    Cause of Tinnitus:
    Heavy music in a bar
    I had a first trauma in 2010 after a concert,
    i had a tinnitus in the right year and hyperacsusis but 6 month after it was gone.

    Recently in january 2020, i went to a restaurant with a heavy loud music and my ears were shocked, i took cortisone for 6 days but my tinnitus is back louder than before, and the hyperacusis is very strong now :(
