My toes get insecure -- they need socks to grab onto and squeeze for dear life. If only there was another out there who loves socks too. Oct 17, 2021 at 2:21 AM

Hi. Love the Warcraft 3 profile pic and the name! It’s one of my favorite video games of all time (Frozen Throne).

I was also a human player so watched a lot of ToD. A lot of the matchups are broken. Undead is probably the worst race just because of human tower/tank abuse. As a human player, I hated doing that but standard play was too imbalanced again human. Human should beat orc unless both are very skilled because the auto-cast slow is easier for the human player. Human vs elf is pretty even.

You sound very pro. Did you ever play professionally? I was decent, but no where near top ladder rankings. You would most likely beat me… human mirrors were always my biggest weakness especially if the player was good :)

Oh god no. I am/was good enough to watch pro matches and understand them enough to enjoy them. But no, I was not a good player. I enjoy watching pro e-sports similarly to how I enjoy watching sports.

@Kriszti Babies reach higher peak noise, but car breaks may be available if they cry. Do quick noises like that cause setbacks?

I'm not sure. I have not been exposed to this type of noise. Slamming doors, my dog's bark if I'm too close can cause temporary spikes. I'm afraid of the train horns as well to be honest, but that's maybe more predictable than children.

Yeah, it's a tough call. I would definitely double protect either way. Would be great to have steroids on hand too...even if just for a day or two of use.

Just call it PalmitoyleTHANOSlamide and you're sorted!

Although... then you might only have 19 reasons left to live for... so, maybe just keep calling it the thing you were calling it.

@Kriszti: Things to consider: 1) Wear Peltors and no plugs during the day. 2) Put very tiny amounts of Vit. E oil on the tips of foam plugs.

There seems to be a considerable amount of testimonies that it does provide relief for pain hyperacusis. I've even read quite recently that DBS can do something about H. Maybe that's also worth considering?
