Olá Julio, Deves verificar se o Luvox não é um medicamento ototóxico, se não for não tens riscos em tomar.
Ele é. Aparentemente a incidência de tinnitus com ele é mais baixa em relação aos outros, mas é ototóxico sim. Eu fico sem saber o que fazer a respeito de alternativas para TOC severo.

Sorry for the late answer, I think I was at a bad time before. There is research linking serotonin excess to tinnitus, I suspect that this change in neurotransmiters is what might cause or influence it instead of the fact it is ototoxic.
