today i went to the gym but it made the t worse. i feel despair even though i keep reading the success stories.

Today was better.I go between prayer, pos thinking & ways to end it all.My husband is supportive.Tomorrow go to ENT. Hopeful but afraid.

  Well I can only share what helps me not to be afraid...I pray and I read the Bible. Psalm 91 is one of my favorites. May God give you peace.
