How are you doing these days? Did the ear vibrations ever stop?

I found this calming guitar melody on youtube that helped a lot. But now I sleep without any masking sound since i do not have Reactive T anymore

Saw your post about how it increases when you lay down and not only at night, and from everything else I read it sounds we have it pretty similar. I actually recently started taking a low dose delayed release aspirin every night before bed. From everywhere I've looked, everyone says it only makes it worse, but I've found its helped A TON during my normal waking hours, it seems very dulled in comparison to no aspirin.

Hey! How long did the reactive T last for you? Rn I kinda hear a strange repeated pattern over AC, fridge etc but it came on right after I was very stressed about something else (have had normal T for months and it does not really bother me but this is quite odd).

I've had it a couple of times. They usually last from a couple of days to approx 3 weeks. Sometimes they go away quicker sometimes it takes longer times. Calming down and getting rid of stress is very important. Sounds cliché but you need to get control of your anxiety/stress etc and then it will most likely go away. Good luck!

      Hey!
How did your reactive T settle down - did you do anything to cure it?
      Thanks you

        Hi!
It settled down by itself once I calmed down. I noticed that the reactive T was always occuring when I was under stress and very anxious. When I slowly calmed down it would just disappear by itself.

It went away by itself. Mostly when I'm experiencing things like this I've noticed it's when I'm under a lot of stress or having anxiety. Once I calm down and get some good nights of sleep it just disappears on it's own.
