      I have what you have. I'm upset like you are. I live one day at a time, though no day is good.
      When I get exhausted from tinnitus I just sit and watch TV or take a shower, or when needed I change my wife's car oil. Though totally useless to myself and suffering, I try to help others. When suffering excessively I go to bed early.
