      Hi Roy114,
How's your ringing now? Can you hear it everywhere, or is it reduced?

Hi! Sorry haven't been on this site for a long time. I can still hear it everywhere, the noise itself has not reduced. However I honestly don't pay any attention towards it anymore. I can proudly say that I'm fully habituated. I barely notice it anymore, unless I actively think about it, then it comes poking its head around the corner, just as loud as usually. I feel better than ever.

Sounds interesting, what do you mean? Like, try and chill and be optimistic while remembering that nothing ultimately matters anyway?

I personally think the odds of there being nothing after death and our lives not mattering in the end are very big. If this is the case and we just have this single sprint from birth until death then why let something as meaningless as tinnitus ruin it for us?

Make the most of what you get, because it's all you'll ever get. The chances of us being born were so extremely small. We're the lucky ones that get to have this one time experience called life.

Turns out after going to about 20 festivals after getting my tinnitus from loud noise exposure, my hearing actually increased. LOL.
