Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else with T has a horse, how you cope and whether you find horses therapeutic.

Yes have T and love to ride horses. When I wad a teenager I had a few. When things would bother me I would go for long rides night or day. I find them very emotionally comforting. I hope to have another one soon and yes I think it would help me a lot with this battle of T and you to.

And at least horses don't have noisy engines!

      ? probably hearing loss.
I think horses are extremely theraputic! I take riding lessons once a week and wish I could be with horses more. I've never been aware of my tinnitus at the barn and certainly I never am while I'm taking a lesson. I have way too much to think about to be listening to my tinnitus. Wish you young ladies lived closer so we could plan on a trail ride together somewhere beautiful.
