Crazy Day — No Tinnitus

Missed Breakfast
Emergency at the hospital
Failed Easter BBQ - dogs & steak fell in the coals !!
Car wouldn't start
Evening came, I sat down, flipped on the TV, grabbed the laptop, HELLO T.
I guess I need more crazy days.

 

So you didn't hear tinnitus all day?-- how often does this happen for you, do you think it was just not being in quiet environments?

 

So no T at all ? Good for you !

 

These non-T days are few and far between. The hospital, then grilling in my yard, then my very quiet car left lots of air space for T. I guess being starving hungry, deathly frightened, then pissed off overrides Tinnitus !! But now, tonight, things are back to normal. Ahhhh. SSSSSSSSSSS Looking back, it was actually a nice day, things got done and Mr. T wasn't there.

What if just keeping busy makes you forget your T? Happens with me...

 

You cannot active engage and actively worry at the same time.....

 

Ya, I'm sure staying busy helps.

 

they mutually destroy each other like matter and anti matter...result...you dont hear your T..good deal

 

Good for you IWLM, I had that happen a few times under very overwhelming circumstances, plus got very little sleep. There goes my stress theory...

 

God bless stress ... I guess.

 

Having just one good day can give hope for the other days.
