Diagnostic Measures for Tinnitus Are Neglected

I'm actually very disappointed with all the tinnitus diagnostics.
Nobody seems to care about the symptoms.

How the "sounds" sound, no matter, whether an acoustic trauma was the trigger, even no matter, somatic phenomena - what is that?, - is only one ear affected or both, why this question??

Actually, all diagnostic questions don't seem to matter.

Let us take the simple question of whether one ear or both ears are affected.
That's not an insignificant question.

Every poster who writes something here should answer this question first.
